How to Order

You can place an order with The Altitude Store on-line, by sending us an e-mail, or by calling us.

Ordering On-line
|
|
|
Our extensive and ever-expanding product list includes a wide variety of certified organic and natural items. These are included with the categories listed under the “Products” link. Once you have added the desired products to your shopping bag, please click on the “Shopping Bag” link. You can review and amend your order as desired and then confirm your order as a Member or as a Guest.
To become a member, please register with us by completing our registration form. All information provided by you will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any external parties what so ever. Once you have successfully registered, a confirmation mail will be sent to the e-mail ID you provide. Your Altitude Account will be activated as soon as you follow the link included in the mail. Thereafter, you can confirm your order as a Member by signing in using your username and password. Upon our receipt of your order, someone from The Altitude Store team will contact you to schedule delivery.
Should you decided to shop with us as a guest, please click on the “Confirm Order as a Guest” link. You will be asked to fill in some basic information that we will need in order to confirm and deliver your order. Upon our receipt of your order, someone from The Altitude Store team will contact you to schedule delivery.

Ordering via e-mail

Each week, we update our order form based upon our ever evolving inventory. We send out a weekly mail with this updated form. Please click here or send an e-mail to sales@thealtitudestore.com to be included in this mailing list. Please fill in the form as desired, remembering to include your name, address, and contact phone number and e-mail it to sales@thealtitudestore.com. Upon our receipt of your mail, someone from The Altitude Store team will contact you to schedule delivery.

Upon confirming your order, someone from The Altitude Store team will contact you to schedule delivery. Most orders are delivered within 48hrs of receipt of confirmed orders.

Our delivery charges are listed below. We have selected areas for delivery of the fresh products(Meats and Vegetables). Please contact us to check whether delivery is possible in your locations alternatively you can pickup the order from any of our two stores in Delhi.

Payment
|

Payments are collected upon delivery of your order. The Altitude Store does not ask you to pre-pay for your order or accept online payment, as we believe that you should receive your order in satisfactory condition before you pay for it. We accept cash and cheques. Please make out all cheques to "Altitude Organic and Natural Products Pvt Ltd". The credit facility is provided to members who deposit advance payment with us.
