FLOUR - WATER MILLED - WHEAT - SONA MOTI

We proudly grow Organic Sona Moti wholewheat for our water milled flour in our own farm in Rajasthan. This is an heirloom grain and said to date back to the Harappan Civilization. It is relatively higher in protein, folic acid, iron and magnesium; and lower in gluten than its hybrid counterpart.
