Our Sonamoti wheat atta is high in protein and has a soft, smooth texture. It's ideal for making soft rotis, parathas, and other Indian flatbreads.

We proudly grow Organic Sona Moti wholewheat for our own farm in Rajasthan. This is an heirloom grain and said to date back to the Harappan Civilization. It is relatively higher in protein, folic acid, iron and magnesium; and lower in gluten than its hybrid counterpart.
