      A lovely, tangy, creamy flavour

      This was a really good option among Indian cheeses. Most of the local brands like Kodai and Kase are unfortunately way oversalted and dry, and it is rare to see a Fontina that's made locally at all.

      I'd love to see these in larger blocks/wedges as well for those of us who REALLY love cheese.
