      About the product
      All altitude everydays organic oils are cold pressed. They are extracted by crushing nuts or seeds only through mechanical pressure without added heat or chemicals. Also called the Kachi Ghani method, the maximum allowable temperature for oil to be designated as Cold Pressed is 49 degrees Centigrade. Although yields are significantly lower, Cold Pressed Oils retain greater nutrients, phenols & flavour & have high nutritional value. They are rich sources of omega 3 & 6 fatty acids & potent superfoods like bioflavonoids and antioxidants.
